Exceptional Client Service

I have been in Clarksville for over twenty years; back when the only thing off Tiny Town Road and Trenton Road was Northeast High School, the BP gas station, and the movie theater. It was a huge deal when Tiny Town Road went from two lanes to four with a turn lane AND we got a Sonic. In saying that, I have had the pleasure to witness the tremendous growth of Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

I’ve held many job titles over the years, to include professional titles and being a stay at home Mom to three kids. And each job title I have held has taught me many valuable lessons that I have carried over into my real estate career.

I have a passion for community and helping others, which is how my journey in real estate began. I enjoy creating meaningful relationships with each of my clients and I pride myself in being your biggest advocate during your real estate journey. I am that hands-on agent that’s going to go above and beyond making sure you are educated to make the best decision for you, making sure that you are aware of the process from start to finish and anything in-between, and after closing still touching base to make sure you know that you know I am a phone call away for any questions or recommendations for future needs.

No matter your season of life - if you are ready to buy, looking to move, needing to rent, or you are ready to start up that business you have always dreamed about - I want to be your biggest advocate during such an important moment in your life.

During the times that I am not working, you can find me volunteering at my kids school or at one of their sporting events. We are very involved with local soccer, little league softball, and flag football. We enjoy hanging out by the pool, hiking and exploring nearby parks and traveling - and we even enjoy finding new disc golf courses on every road trip we take.

Awards & Designations

We enjoyed working with Cheryl to find a rental home. She worked to find us places to look at and made time in her schedule to help us many different places. She even contacted management companies to find out about their pet policies and applications that had been submitted. We highly recommend the personal, caring touch of Cheryl to assist you in finding or selling your home.
